Leila Rezaiguia
 

As a CSA accredited Coaching Supervisor, ICF PCC executive, systemic team coach, EMCC Senior Practitioner, EMCC Global Coach/Mentor Supervisor (ESIA), and AC Fellow member, she co-creates open, fun, trusting, courageous, supportive, challenging, psychologically safe and welcoming spaces for her clients where they can pause, reflect, breathe and indulge in playful creativity to explore who they are and reflect on who they are becoming.

As the co-founder of Kompass, The Coaching Company, the Global Partner of AoEC UAE (GCC & Levant) and Faculty with CSA, Leila believes that being the best coach, mentor, supervisor and educator she can be is about being a wholehearted human being connecting with others at the human level. 

Because the masterful experienced coaches are curious and creative, not only about the world around them, but also about themselves, the past 14 years as an accredited and certified coach have been a beautiful journey of self-discovery and transformation.

Leila strives to consistently connecting with her diverse clients by showing up wholeheartedly, so her clients connect with who they truly are as they co-create their sacred magical relationships and do the work together.

Personally, Leila has been experiencing a season of change as she transitions through a new part of her life: menopause and post menopause.

The silence around menopause, especially in the workplace, has shown her that we need more informed, bold, and compassionate voices advocating for and supporting women in this phase of their life.
